We showed you a while ago how we painted french doors. If you missed the posts, you can find it here and also here. Now it's time to show you the end result. It was a time consuming process but it was worth it. The entrance to our living room is now finished. We installed french doors, new trim and hardware.

French doors add great architectural detail to any space. If you consider installing french doors in your house, we strongly recommend it.

For external French doors you would be better choosing from the hardwood double door selection. http://www.dropshippers.co.za/Doors.html -

Love them. We have french doors leading into our study, but I have been dying to add some to our living room. The opening is an odd size though. Love the door handles...we have the same ones throughout our home!
